MEET THE FRUIT AND VEGETABLES FOOD GROUP WEEK!

Could everyone please bring in one piece of fruit and one vegetable to school on Friday. We will be making a fruit salad on Friday and saving our vegetables for some soup early next week. The larger the variety of fruits and vegetables the better so please try and be imaginative when you are deciding on what to bring in!

Please remember to bring your food to school on Friday ready for the tasting!

For your homework this week click here to go to the Food log for one day. Please fill this form in for TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 18th. You need to record everything that you eat on Tuesday. Bring this food log in to school on Wednesday ready for us to study these carefully.

Now click here for a fruit and vegetable worksheet. Fill in your worksheet and bring it in to school on Friday.
