THERE IS NO STUFF IN THE BONUS SECTION - CHECK IT OUT!!
DON'T FORGET THIS FRIDAY WE WILL BE WALKING TO THE POST OFFICE TO POST OUR FLAT STANLEYS.
PLEASE BRING IN YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS BY WEDNESDAY, IF NOT I WILL FIND A SCHOOL TO SEND HIM TO!
ALSO, DON'T FORGET WE NOW HAVE A CLASS EMAIL ACCOUNT. WHY DON'T YOU SEND SOMEBODY AN EMAIL?
You need to go to Enchanted Learning for this activity. When you get there, click on the letter 'T' and then scroll down until you find the section on the telephone.
Read this information about the invention of the telephone. Use this information to write a report on the telephone. Your report should have a title, your name, at least two pieces of information and an illustration. Please make sure the words in this list are spelt correctly in your report.
Parents,
Please let your child do as much of this writing by themselves. The main objective of this activity is to increase the children's awareness of the invention of the telephone. The children are expected to have at least these words spelt correctly. Thank-you.
This week you have a math activity to do. It is called More or Less. Read the instructions carefully. Please play this twice and record your games in the math log in your reading folder for Friday Jan. 25th.
Click below for your previous math games.
Looking for some extra work? Try any of these!
Visit this website to read about some other Flat Stanley adventures! Do another report if you want, just like we did in the computer lab. Click here for your report sheet.

Multiplication Hidden Picture Game. Have fun with this one!
Remember
to read at least 20 minutes every day after school and fill in your
Home Reading Log!
Parents, please have your child bring in his/her book folders to school every single day. The reading and math logs plus all school reading books (until I collect them) live in these book folders. Please ensure they are always in this folder. Required books given by me will have a special bookmark in them, this means that your child must read this book first until it is finished or for at least 20 minutes, before reading self-selected books. This new bookmark system will inform you of the days your child reads with me. This will take the place of the letter I said I would send home
Ms. Greenblatt.
