Well done to Adil, Lisa, Alix, Ehsan, James, Grace and Alyson for completing the scale making and weighing homework activity over the holiday and for turning the activity sheets on time!
If you have done this activity and filled out the sheets please bring it in as soon as possible! from Ms Greenblatt.
This is what you will need to bring in to school this week.
Arrow cards cut up and in the bag on Wednesday.
Book cover jigsaw, storytelling picture and Perfect People chart on Friday.
Click here for your first homework activity.
It is a book cover jigsaw activity. Choose a book and draw and colour in it's front cover onto the sheet. Then cut up the jigsaw pieces and put them all into an envelope. (Ms. Hartin will give you an envelope on Monday). Bring in your jigsaw on Friday and we will swap them around and try to put them back together!
Try this for your second activity. Draw a picture and then tell a story from it just like we have been doing in class. Bring your picture with your story title written on it, on Friday.

Remember
to read at least 20 minutes every day after school and fill in your
Home Reading Log!
Parents, please have your child bring in his/her book folders to school every single day. The reading and math logs plus all school reading books (until I collect them) live in these book folders. Please ensure they are always in this folder. Required books given by me will have a special bookmark in them, this means that your child must read this book first until it is finished or for at least 20 minutes, before reading self-selected books. This new bookmark system will inform you of the days your child reads with me. This will take the place of the letter I said I would send home
Ms. Greenblatt.
